Let’s start off by the temperature it get really hot!! It definitely relieves my stiffness when I use it. Comes in a cute bag to put it up neatly and will not get town or damaged due to the coverage bag. My roommate likes the way it lays on your neck

I purchased this Heated Neck stretcher for my headaches and neck pain. I've used it for 10 minutes for 2-3 times a week. I enjoy the warmth on my neck and it is relaxing. I've twice and it last long. I love that it has different heat settings. Just wish it had rolling massaging effect. Other than that, it is a great purchase!
